Leadership Development Program
Selective recruitment of APi Group’s future leaders. LDP candidates spend a 7-week rotation at 7 different companies, learning the businesses, and completing meaningful projects. Candidates must be open to relocation.

Recruiting talented graduates from colleges, universities, and trade schools and placing them in 3-month long rotations at 3-5 companies to teach them the industry. We look for candidates with demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, and relationship building.
