Selective recruitment of APi Group’s future leaders. LDP candidates spend a 7-week rotation at 7 different companies, learning the businesses, and completing meaningful projects. Candidates must be open to relocation.
Recruiting talented graduates from colleges, universities, and trade schools and placing them in 3-month long rotations at 3-5 companies to teach them the industry. We look for candidates with demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, and relationship building.

Founder Story
CoachUp was founded by Jordan Fliegel, whose life was changed when his father enlisted the help of a private coach to help him improve in basketball as a teenager. Fliegel later became a private coach to have a similar impact on young athletes, and founded CoachUp to bring high-quality coaching to athletes across the country.

CoachUp has over 13,000 coaches across the country, in everything from basketball, soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, baseball to fitness. Their network of coaches rely on CoachUp to build their web presence, market their services to potential customers, and manage their business operations including $1M insurance coverage.
