Client is looking for a HR Manager. Great people and successful long term company.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and fair work environment.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment and culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong sense of self and have an opinion
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Athlete background is nice to have!
