Position Overview:

Seeking a Junior Advisor who is passionate about helping professional athletes maximize the impact of their wealth. This trailblazer should be eager to join a growing team with offices in Los Angeles Metro and Arizona. You will be working with Senior Advisors and partners managing 30-40 established clients and $100 million in assets. This is really a phenomenal role with an established client base.

Key Role Expectations:

• Client Engagement: Work alongside senior advisors to engage with clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and life goals.  
• Financial Analysis: Assist in developing financial plans and conducting financial analyses under the guidance of senior advisors.
• Investment Recommendations: Learn to analyze market trends, economic indicators, and investment products to provide informed investment recommendations. 
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuing they receive timely financial advice and updates on economic trends and their portfolio performance. 
• Organizational Acumen: Assist in developing and implementing personalized financial plans for clients. Support senior advisors in client meetings, taking notes, preparing reports, and following up on action items.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry developments, investment products and financial planning tools to provide the best advice to clients.

Skills & Experience You Will Bring:

• Industry Experience: 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management‍
• Certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) ‍
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• ‍Problem Solving: Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities‍
• Clear Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset‍
• Proficiency with relevant technology: Strong knowledge of financial planning software and investment management platform‍
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Location & Physical Requirements:

• Greater Los Angeles Area 
• This role primarily takes place in an office setting
