Position Overview:

This Operations Associate (OA) role is a vital collaboration with all company members, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients. This OA will be a key player in empowering professional athletes, business leaders, and founders to realize the full potential of their wealth. It’s key that in this role one embodies accuracy and precision in managing time and priorities. Believing that "quality is job number one," they strike a balance between efficiency and a thoughtful approach, working quickly yet deliberately. Key Role Expectations:

• Client Onboarding: Assumes primary responsibility for internal client onboarding – including new client applications, account maintenance, wire requests, custodial alerts, and other client service needs
• Client Relationships: Occasionally communicating professionally with clients via phone, text, and email. Maintaining client information & records to ensure they all stay up to date
• Support Team: Critical member of the wealth strategy team in servicing clients; this includes direct support of the firm’s Strategists and Advisors in their day-to-day client activities. For example, execute the timely completion of money movement requests‍
• Monitoring Keys: Keep up to date on daily custodial alerts, including cash management, account updates, trading, etc., and resolve accordingly.

Skills & Experience You Will Bring:

• Industry Experience: 1 – 2+ years of relevant experience working with high-net-worth individuals a plus; preferably with a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), investment management firm, or broker/dealer
• Time and Priority Management: Prioritizes and completes tasks to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frames
• Self-Starting: Demonstrates initiative and willingness to begin working
• Planning and Organizing: Establishes a course of action to ensure work is completed effectively
• Clear Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.
• Education: Undergraduate degree preferred

Location & Physical Requirements:

• Greater Los Angeles Area 
• This role primarily takes place in an office setting
• Occasional domestic travel required
