Our Employee Rotational Program is designed to offer athletes a unique opportunity to explore diverse roles within the APi Group family of companies. This program provides participants with hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, enabling them to transition seamlessly into a fulfilling career.

Program Overview

The Employee Rotational Program is a comprehensive initiative tailored to help individuals transition into roles within APi Group. Participants in this program are not required to have prior experience and are given the chance to rotate between several APi Group companies. Each rotation spans approximately 90-120 days, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the day-to-day operations of the company. The program aims to familiarize participants with specific company operations, provide exposure to various roles, and enable them to apply their unique skills to real-world job scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotational Experience: Participate in structured rotations within different APi Group companies to gain exposure to diverse business operations, industry sectors, and job roles.
  • Skill Application: Apply your expertise in athletics to solve real-world challenges in various work environments. Learn how your athletic skills translate into valuable competencies in the workforce.
  • Mentorship and Training: Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals within each rotation. Engage in training sessions to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Networking: Build a professional network within APi Group by interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and executives. Attend networking events and company gatherings to establish connections and gain insights into the industry.
  • Performance Evaluation: Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations from supervisors during each rotation. Use feedback to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Final Placement: At the end of the rotation year, based on performance and compatibility, participants are placed in a permanent position within one of APi Group’s companies. Placement decisions are made considering the participant's skills, preferences, and the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Athletic Background: Active or former athlete with a strong passion for sports.
  • Experience: No prior work experience required; athletic experience and teamwork skills are highly valued.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different work environments and roles.
  • Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
